By purchasing from Empire Custom Wraps, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Use & Installation

All products sold for customer installation are intended for experienced users. We are not responsible for damage caused during improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions. Please consult a professional installer if you’re unsure.

2. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties may apply where stated. Empire Custom Wraps does not offer a labor or installation warranty for products we do not install. If an item arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for support or replacement options.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unmodified, and in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

4. Liability

Empire Custom Wraps is not liable for any injury, vehicle damage, or legal issues resulting from product use or self-installation. All products are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.

5. Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins. Please confirm all details before purchase.
